At Creations Georgianni, all the jewelry is custom made , and as such we have a no return policy.
Meaning all sales are final.
In the unlikely event, you find a defect, you have 48 hours from the time your order was delivered, to request an
“authorization of return”.
Please email us @ Georgianni@videotron.ca, with the following information in your email subject line, Request Authorization of Return.
Include in your email;
The name on your order, address it as was shipped, your phone number, style ordered, and a description of the defect.
Once we have received your claim, we will issue an official return of Authorization form.
We will advise you on the process, depending on the country, we shipped it to.
Accepted refunds, will be processed with 48 hours, of receiving the defected jewelry, onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
